I went to a dog-friendly preview screening at Picturehouse Central at the weekend, which included a book launch of Citizen Canine: Dogs in the Movies by Wendy Mitchell.

If you love dogs and you love films, then definitely recommend this book, a celebration of 100 years of dogs in films. With anecdotes and inside information, making it a very charming and fascinating read.

Perfectly paired with the preview screening of Call of the Wild.

A very inspiring story of Buck, the dog, set in the beautiful Alaskan scenery. Absolutely stunning cinematography and brilliant animation. Harrison Ford is just perfect. An enjoyable film, that's very touching, sweet, and funny.

And even all the cute dogs at the screening, were all so well behaved ! 🐕🐩🐕‍🐩🐕 a lovely day out!

I agree prettyxcool it is a enjoyable way to spend a couple hours a nice family film set in some amazing scenery and well cast with Harrison Ford. I would give it 8/10.

I really enjoyed watching this one afternoon. Harrison Ford was very good in his part and looked as though it was a part made just for him.
