They were shooting in Clerkenwell but it wrapped last night. It was due to finish tomorrow but apparently Nolan was got what he needed already. It's the same location they've used in the previous films for Gotham's police station. Oldman, Gordon-Levitt and a couple of actors playing minor roles were spotted there, along with the SWAT van and police cruisers. I was there Wednesday afternoon and didn't see much of anything that gave away what was being shot there. If I hadn't known, I wouldn't have known.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

I actually think that's really cute! Must've been annoying for the few real customers in the audience though.

That was FMUKing epic. Gives me a lot of aspirations :D just kidding, I'm not getting married until I meet someone who's seen Pulp Fiction already.
Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

SO EXCITED!!!

Sherlock co-stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman look set to be reunited in Middle Earth in the Hobbit film.

Office star Martin, who is set to play the lead, Bilbo Baggins, in the prequel to Lord Of The Rings, let it slip backstage at the Bafta Awards after the cast and crew of the BBC One show picked up the gong for Best Drama Series.

Asked how filming is going, he said: "Peter Jackson is the biggest kid in the world and he is very, very focused on what he is doing and there is no resting on previous laurels as well and Benedict is going to be in it as well."

Asked what character he was playing, a red-faced Benedict said: "I can't say at the moment."

The film, being shot in Jackson's native New Zealand, is based on JRR Tolkien's novel which precedes his Lord Of The Rings trilogy.
