Re: Weight Watchers
MrGlass that workout was tough, it looks easy when you first watch it but you really feel it pulling after about 5 mins. I'm very aware of my abs now. Do you know of one of these for your inner thighs which is one of my most curvy bits? I have 10 weeks to go before my holiday so need to tone up.
Aruif we are all hear to support you and please don't beat yourself up.

Re: Weight Watchers
Your positivity inspires me Mr Glass, thank you.
The walking sounds good Aruif, walking in Richmond Park sounds just beautiful and the weather helps so much as does the boogie beats. i went for a lovely walk tonight, the wind has blown away at last and it was so warm and peacefull.
Drinking herbal tea instead of milky sweet is a tonic as it stops being tempted to dunk in choccie biccies. I put a spot of honey in to sweeten it a little, manuka honey would be the best i guess.
Good vibes to you

There is a water cooler in my office so it makes it easier for me to drink water as its lovely and cold. you could always make a healthy version of the frappachino although i don't know how you'd go about it

Re: Weight Watchers
Ugh I am aching like hell, think I overdid it playing cricket this bank holiday weekend. I normally play just Sundays but I played 3 days in a row now. won 2 games lost one. Not bad but damn I definitely need to take 2-3 days rest from physical activities. Always listen to your bodies too, when its crying out "please, for the love of god, no more" then oblige! The body must recover, repair.Diane65 wrote:MrGlass that workout was tough, it looks easy when you first watch it but you really feel it pulling after about 5 mins. I'm very aware of my abs now. Anyway, onto your questions Diane
There about 138 exercise videos on this channel. But searching for what you want is not so obvious. So I thought I create a short instruction video on how to make use of this specific channel.
This channel gives a variety of different exercise routines for each part of the body. Each are approximately 10mins long. Its fine to emphasise on one part your body, by all means go for it and do a whole workout for that. But do not neglect the rest of your body too. Do some exercises on the whole body for proper balance in your physique.
Ok this instruction shows how to search Sparkpeoples channel for all exercise videos on inner thighs. (in the video, I just typed thigh in the search so as not to narrow down the search too much)
Expand the video to full screen so you can have a better view of where the cursor is clicking on.
Diane, I believe you have some resistance bands from where you work, use them! Many of these videos use resistance bands. In fact I encourage every one to b*y a set for themselves. I'll try and find the best value sets and post them up here.
