Day time good.......
night time bad.......
no biscuits dunked in tea though
Never made zumba either because my OH needed my car and didn't have energy to get the bus.

I don't get it. I was fine at IOW but not fine after kol.valda wrote:Sorry no sympathy here, you really have to look after yourself or you will end up permanently damaged and you wouldn't want that would you![]()
My knees are bad today so I'm going to make sure I take it easy on myself

Excellent! Well not so much the diet itself which I can see some great positives already but the fact your keeping this log, now you can use this entry as progressive gauge.havingascreen wrote:great to see how motivated everyone is to get healthier and fitter, i've been shattered and haven't even had the energy to go onto my regular threads but today is FRIDAY, i've got 4 more working days then i can get some proper rest. Heres my typical food diary
Day time good.......I've been having an egg sandwich (piece in scots) every morning, a decaf coffee with skimmed milk and unrefined sugar (one). Banana about 11, sometimes a packet of sunbite wholegrain crispy snacks. Lunch today was a wholegrain roll with ham, cheese and salad and a small bouncy ball sized doughnut. Usually its spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and either sardines or mackrel in olive oil.
night time bad.......last night i had home made chips with chilli, night before chilli and white rice, Tuesday chicken stirfry and Monday popcorn and minstrels then a few bits of buttered toast. Usually drink cranberry juice but had a few corollas Wed and thur.

yoru body just can't take it so many times, that's the problem. I'm in agony today, I wasn't doing anything apart from standing miserably in the rain, with a couple of feeble jumping up and down to try and get in the mood. I slipped in the mud in the rush to get to a toilet and that was that.aruif wrote:I don't get it. My knees are bad today so I'm going to make sure I take it easy on myselfI did nothing different. In fact I had access to tables and chairs last night and used them so that I wasn't stood for so long.
....
I've just remembered... the girl behind me seemed to like using me as some kind of launch pad to throw her self into the air! My shoulders are also like rocks they're so tense. I did ask her to stop but in the end I just had to move. I doubt that helped my back. None the less I've offered my mum's other half my rod stewart ticket to go with her instead of me. Bit gutted really, supposed to be a lovely day on Sunday and I really wanted to see him, and stevie nicks.![]()
see valda i will look after my back, even though i'm a stubborn so and so and want to go out and play!!
