I'm glued to the PC following MrGlass and I should be moving my body but I can recommend the best work out ever that I had last night, my power assisted steering failed so I had to drive from the city centre back home (4 miles) followed by the breakdown van it was like driving a tank; the roundabouts are particularly challenging a really good workout for your shoulders, arms and back.

:giggle: now thats what i call taking the best out of a dodgy situation. My first car, a little clio, had no PAS. i had very muscled shoulders around that time.

Oh sorry I mis read the post diane. I thought you had a power breakdown and was stearing around a van which towes you for 4 hours...its amazing how my brain works when reading on a mobile in a hurried way! Still 4 hours power steering is quite a feat ;)

Hmm. Looks like we're going to miss the old deer park. Because of an accident causing horrendous traffic...hope whatever accident isnt as horrendous. So clever thinking from my friend nico, has the idea to detour to the next scheduled park, richmond park, and run it twice to keep within the 35km target. Not very comfortable sitting in car in this standstill traffic in this hot weather...:(
