good luck with that, even though I never bothered to go to anything apart from the weigh ins, I did lose the weight and got healthier. since I've left WW I've put on probably twice the amount that I lost  I signing up with MrG's motivational plans and advice on here. I reckon he's scarier ( but more encouraging) that the WW woman and he's free o/

Ladies, what do I need to give Mrg for the chart? I've weighed myself and got the horrendous BMI and Body Fat levels. I don't know off hand what my goal is. I guess I could aim to get to the weight I was when I finished at WW. I felt good then and b*ght some lovely designer jeans, that I never got around to wearing.

Right were 4 down, 3 to go! Woohoo. But man is it HOT. We were stuck at a closed bridge for 1.5hr in the car. Update about that accident is that a bus hit a cyclist and was airlifted.

But we ran richmond park twice to compensate and now we are grooving again. richmond was toughest, very hilly. Lots baby reindeers this time, or Bambis.

Next up is Wimbledon common. Kinda feeling slight muscle sore on legs but I hope that illeviatrs by my next run at 3pm. I dont think there are any animals to see there...well apart a few 2 legged demented creatures in shorts running aimlessly for 35km...

my friend Nico who is driving and running

I haven't even got around to weighing myself, but any info is fine. I may have to give my waist measurement as that's all I kind do which maybe worse than my weight but bad whichever way I do it.

@whoa feeling it now but just 2 to go! Wimbledon common was pleasurable, though no features standout.

Next up is along the river in kingston! Cant wait...though my is frowning!

The real toughest challenge I am finding is getting out of the bloody car...its noticabley getting slower and crankier each time.

So funny, at the bwginning of the 6th run in kingston, everyone literally groaned as we started of the race! We're all really feeling it now. There were 50 people at the first run this morimg, now just 20 at the 6th. Sadly our friend geoff, called it a day at the 5th one. So its just me nico plus the other runners left.

But 1 to go!! The legs are really feeling sore now but no sign of anything of injury potential.
