I love Italian food and I'm going to Italy next week, I'll do my best to be good but can't promise but I won't eat monster portions.
Havingascreen, I love the innovative Badminton court
I'm having a sort of Madras curry tonight and have steamed the chicken rather than frying it and got loads of tomatoes and spices and no naan bread

I'd love that, my team is miserable and not team minded, its ok now I've got a friend but not now I've got no internet.
Anway the place is Sergios in Great Titchfield Street, quite near to Oxford Circus, so I can go to BHS and get a massive smock afterwards

preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

And I disagree that you can eat crisps or chips and say you eat healthy.
I am not trying to say here or force any one to eat some particular sort of food. On the end of the day we are free will human beings so we have the ability to make our own decisions about what to do (what to eat), rather than being controlled by God or Fate, Diet or Me.

And I never said that "only people on diet can be described as sexy".
