o/ I thing that this “Weight Watchers” discussion should be mark in inverted commas so I would know that we watch the weight from different view. I took it too literally. ;)
Well…
There is a nice place in Shepherds Bush area where they serve very good pizza. Pizza is on a proper, thin, Italian base. Not expensive and so yummy! I forgot the name of this place but it is next to King's College.
And if you fancy something more sophisticated go to “The Meat & Wine” in Westfield and try crocodile. Surprisingly it’s not expensive at all!(it wasn’t any way) I enjoyed this dish very much!

I think this thread is for anyone who wants to watch their weight, to lose, gain or maintain. Everyones different so are bound to have different views etc but we can still help each other to reach goals.

Hows everyone going with the healthy eating? Had a bad week last week and ate Indian, Chinese and McDonalds.

Being good this week with pitta bread with macrel and loads of salad, porridge for breakkie. Going to have a nice stir fry tonight and maybe a wee square of dark chocolate and a wee lager. 8-)

I had the worst food weekend just gone for a long time (pie n mash, KFC, pizza :tears:) therefore I am attempting to eat healthier this week. So far rice cakes and salad have been substantial and filling enough lunches. I too had porridge for breakfast today with my humungeous blackberries (see food thread). It usually fills me up, but today was left feeling really hungry well before lunchtime.

I am a big sucker for bread and generally tend to have WW brown bread. I really like it, but its a nightmare when its been toasted. You need to eat very quickly as other it cools down and turns into nothing but dust. It goes so crispy that its just puuuft in your fingers.

I have followed WW and Slimming World in the past and have been successful-ish. I try to do a weekly food diary and I do right down everything I have even if bad. I do however forgot to update it after a while and tend to miss a few weeks. I have started a new week and hopefully I wont see bread or roundtrees randoms on there at all.

Its not right to make you queue up for a film with a free icecream van next to the queue  I only had 2 though.

However I did have a massive Vegetable Burrito, Onion rings, Saute Potato's and a Coke Float :red:

oh and a Twilight Cup Cake although I wouldn't eat the Pattinson face
