I had the worst food weekend just gone for a long time (pie n mash, KFC, pizza

) therefore I am attempting to eat healthier this week. So far rice cakes and salad have been substantial and filling enough lunches. I too had porridge for breakfast today with my humungeous blackberries (see food thread). It usually fills me up, but today was left feeling really hungry well before lunchtime.
I am a big sucker for bread and generally tend to have WW brown bread. I really like it, but its a nightmare when its been toasted. You need to eat very quickly as other it cools down and turns into nothing but dust. It goes so crispy that its just puuuft in your fingers.
I have followed WW and Slimming World in the past and have been successful-ish. I try to do a weekly food diary and I do right down everything I have even if bad. I do however forgot to update it after a while and tend to miss a few weeks. I have started a new week and hopefully I wont see bread or roundtrees randoms on there at all.
