Re: Kill List
I'll write more later if I can be bothered but I have to eat first and redeem some MBNA points before they run out at midnight.

Re: Kill List
I think hardcore horror fans might find it funny, but I think more of the audience were yawning rather than laughing tonight

Re: Kill List
Let's just say I never had more pleasure in giving a one word review to SFF about a film then just now.
And how annoying are the PCC peeps for making you queue up outside in the cold? We didn't even notice, we came from the side and just walked in and downstairs, where there was absolutely no one to be seen. When we asked an usher, he told us to queue outside! I think they do this on purpose to make absolutely shit films look more desirable. "Look, peeps are queuing at the PCC, must be good!" Yeah, whatever.
Saw a lot of FMUKers tonight again and met AleksanderLoesch for the first time who was introduced to everyone by David. Both OH and I wanted an aisle seat on account of the non-existing legroom, so we grabbed two seats behind each other, which caused funthing29 to become very concerned for me as she couldn't see him, LOL. So what was annoying about tonight, apart from the film, the cold, the missing legroom and having to queue? Maybe the idiot in front who couldn't stop fidgeting in his seat and slammed back into my leg every three seconds. Or how about the guys who not just laughed but actually CLAPPED at completely stupid scenes. For example, one guy says "My name is Richard. My friends call me Dick." HA HA HA *CLAP* *CLAP*. WTF? It's not even remotely funny!
It was in fact amazing how the film managed to be gory and violent and at the same time so boring that I had my eyes closed for 70% of the time, trying to catch a few winks.
We got out of there as soon as we could when the rather abrupt ending came. Raced out of the room, shooed a bloke away who blocked the entrance to the ladies loo, then raced upstairs. Some others must have stayed for the Q&A - I had absolutely no intention of prolonging the agony or listening to peeps showering the film with praise - after all, I am sure the clappers stayed!
I was going to give this 2/10 but I am actually not sure what these 2 points would be for so I give it 1/10 for it being mercifully short.
The good news is that I have now redeemed my MBNA points for 2 Cineworld vouchers. I might actually get to see a good film with them, yay.

Re: Kill List
What was this about? We stayed for the Q & A (not sure why but thought it might shed some light on the film). It didn't. I don't think anyone knew what that film was about including the cast and director.
The highlight for us was seeing so many FMUKers and meeting David's friend AleksanderLoesch at long last.
Surprised that SunnySaver was there as thought she would be deep in negotiations up at The Emirates. And very glad to hear that funthing had her purse returned to her after losing it a couple weeks back.
