A question to those that already went yesterday: I only have the one ticket to pick up tonight and I was going to be cheeky and ask if they had an odd one left in the stalls (single tickets are hard to sell normally and filling up the stalls will look better for the actors). Does a lot happen higher up as in We Will Rock You or would stall seats be the best view? Thanks

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
They just handed me the tickets but I guess worth asking. The people in the front 3 rows in the stalls, had the most fun so get them to see if any free seats there.
I picked up my tickets at 6.30pm and was in row d. How did I miss a_person??? I did see bevvy and 5rannoch but couldnt chat to them as a bit difficult.

Thanks so much Tilly, I'm going to give it a shot

How can you not know Don't Stop Believing? It's been on the radio continuously because of Glee (both the original version and the Glee one)a_person wrote:I did not recognise any of the songs but then again it's not from my time zone!

Yes, mostly 80's.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!
Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
I'm finding these - didn't recognise many songs comments a bit hard to understand as well, perhaps it's an age thing. The publicity says:canadian_turtle wrote:How can you not know Don't Stop Believing? "28 eyebrow-scorching tunes including Don’t Stop Believin’, We Built This City, The Final Countdown, Wanted Dead or Alive, Here I Go Again, Can’t Fight this Feeling and I Want To Know What Love Is."
and I recognise all of those... and I don't just mean vaguely. I've managed to miss this whole Glee thing but I remember the original by Journey well. It doesn't take me much I'm afraid to burst into a bit of Europe's Final Countdown and as for Here I Go Again or I Want To Know What Love Is.........
I'll shut up now.

I recognise all of these songs too - I guess a_person is too young to remember 80s music, LOL.

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
I am possibly slightly too young to really remember as I was born during the 80ties, but I recognise all those too (and not because of Glee
)

I did recognise most of the songs but some were a bit obscure. Guess I was hoping it was going to be similar to mamma mia where I knew all the songs.

The more you like 80's rock the more you are going to like Rock of Ages, I would never go and see Mamma Mia as I cannot stand Abba, I've heard its a great show but Abba just does my head in
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!
