I picked up my tickets at 6.30pm and was in row d. How did I miss a_person??? I did see bevvy and 5rannoch but couldnt chat to them as a bit difficult.
We picked up our tickets around 6.30pm and were in the stalls a few rows from the back. The view wasn't too bad but the screen at the back of the stage and some of the balcony scenes were obstructed.
The seats in the circle look the better option so would plump for these if they give you a choice.

Edit: Thanks a_person. I just realised it was for Wednesday too as on that e-mail address I only had the one day booked.
Oh yes i remember that it was for planet of apes ( I think).
But still went ahead. Maybe we should see if everyone got emails that has booked for Thursday.
For PotA their excuse was some people had used an invalid ticket code s only particular tickets were supposedly cancelled. But I've also been told once a whole screening was actually cancelled (Rio) when in fact it was not.

Maybe they are selling tickets and therefore don't need to hand out free tickets.

Did you receive a second e-mail about this besides the Thursday one? I received one for Wednesday but it didn't list a day, it just said "your tickets are cancelled".
We're trying to figure out if they're really cancelled (so if everyone received the e-mail) or if they overbooked and e-mailed selected people.

Last night the theatre was completely full, with people standing behind us in the Royal circle, so possibly they have sold tickets. I really hope everyone still gets to see it.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

I just checked there are 2 shows Friday 5.30 & 8.30, so you would need to be there well before that to get your tickets. Maybe a code will come out for the later show or next week

Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

I have tickets for Thursday from someone else so that's cancelled as well? If I'd known that I would have gone yesterday! Someone booked me Friday tickets but I wouldn't know how to make 5.30pm - is that when the show starts? That's when I knock off from work!

I booked you the Friday ones just incase. Perhaps your OH could go pick them up - the show doesn't start on time so I can't see that to be too much of a problem.
The Wednesday ones are definitely cancelled...
EDIT: rainey just said it starts at 5:30pm so might be abit difficult for you to get too....
