It's not on to offer SFF tickets then just retract them when they notice how well received it is!
Where can we complain to - will Luke be interested?
Give it a shot and let us know what happens!

I e-mailed him after receiving the e-mail to say that the Friday code wasn't live and he got back to me about 15 minutes later to say that it was (which it was at that point, just not when I received the e-mail)

I recognise them all plus, a lot of them end up in Body Combat routines ( hold me back when Final Countdown comes on) :red:

Do they sing the whole songs or just parts? vx

I got a cancellation email and I'm supposed to be going tonight with two other friends. So embarrassing if it isn't on. Is it worth going straigt after work to see what's happening?

Did you receive a second e-mail about this besides the Thursday one? I received one for Wednesday but it didn't list a day, it just said "your tickets are cancelled".

We're trying to figure out if they're really cancelled (so if everyone received the e-mail) or if they overbooked and e-mailed selected people.
No, it was just the Thursday one as I have 2 accounts with them, but all this talk has confused me lol

Did you only book on that e-mail address for tonight so it cannot be the e-mail for any of the other dates? Because I have not received a cancellation for it yet.

I received two (differently worded) e-mails for Wednesday and Thursday.

This confusion backs up my assumption that it's not really cancelled but that they just gave out far too many tickets

Which e-mail address did you use? I used the help one and I don't remember what the automated reply said but I did get a personal reply back within 15 mins :)
