As all week they have said 7pm but started giving out before 6pm

They have consistantly said an hour beforehand (6.30pm) which ties in with the post by destresserai saying 4.30pm.

Ours were actually given out half an hour earlier than that at 6pm, so I will be aiming to get there at around 4pm if I can.
