I just booked tickets for the awesome stage spectacle that is "Slava's Snowshow" in the Royal Festival Hall in January. I saw the show twice in Wimbledon when I was smaller and it's been embedded in my head as the most beautiful thing I've ever seen on stage. It's marvellously staged with a number of large, impressive set-pieces - at one point a wind machine sends thousands of scraps of tissue paper (or "snow") into the audience as Slava sways in front of it. It takes clowning to a whole new level of artistry - I just love it. Has anyone else seen this magnificent show? If not, I implore you, GO AND SEE IT.

I spoke to a lovelly lady losing her voice today. She said about an hour before hand but there will be no problem getting tickets so I guess it won't be full, which also means good seats.

My sister is always raving on about it, she's seen it a couple of times in Southampton. I'm do busy doing a bah humbug I hate Christmas and alwasy refuse to go

Just came back from seeing Kasabian at Koko. I'm glad to say that I managed to get in and even stand very close to the stage (second row). I wonder whether I'll appear on tv? The gig was great, but unfortunately very short (just 45 min). It was nice not having tall guys in front of me for a change.
