Just to let u all know you were right the change of name email was fine.
I did like Canadian turtle said and put all details in subject.
And there was no problem o/
But just to warn you when automated message came back it said for 2 tickets Not 4.

Glad you had no problems! I have to say that I didn't notice that myself, but I guess that's because most film tickets are for 2 people and no one sends out the e-mails and looks at the details so they can alter the change of name e-mail. Did you pick up 4 or 2 tickets? :)
