I said I knew it was a pretty dreadful film so far but I would like to give it a chance and they answered "But we are talking about the film." So that's it, FMUK. It is perfectly acceptable to talk and talk loudly throughout a film as long as you are talking about the film. Now where was a_person when I needed her?
Sorry I was busy in the middle of road rage, transport rage and pedestrian rage on my way to Wuthering Heights.

Sounds like two right dicks who needed a kick.

I'm considering taking elastic bands so when people misbehave in a screening I'll flick it at them and when they turn to see who they are, I'll be busy watching my film totally undisturbed.

Then I realised that won't really hurt so perhaps I shall consider this:

You are most welcome to borrow them ejwrank.

I think it's time to start plastering copies of the Cinema Code of Conduct around cinemas like guerrilla advertising: http://i2.cdnds.net/10/46/550w_movies_g ... onduct.jpg

We could print them out en masse and whenever someone's unruly in a screening, we hand one to them?

@ Celini, thanks.

@ Beate, @David -Tried the polite way and it doesn't work. Believe it or not, once upon a time I used to say "excuse me" and "please" and "thank you." It never worked. You get attitude in return. I've now realised that in such cases, actions speak louder than word. Now such polite words have become special and only go to those who deserve it.

I was thinking that earlier actually, why else would they make such a strange arrangement? Free previews don't count towards box office takings but this would of course.
Just reading this thread so sorry if this has already been mentioned. Lionsgate actually arranged the screenings. It's their film! Obviously fell they need to push it.

I just had one of the most entertaining 90 mins for ages. Shepherds Bush 14.10 only about 15 people in the cinema. By coincedence  the trailer was Justice oh and Girl with the Dragon Tattoo total banging soundtrack there.

Anyway the film began and boy was it orange 8O I have never seen such preposterous bunkum. It was so bad it was nearly good. I have so many mistakes, stupid things plotholes to list but there must be more people to see it before I start. I also had Nacho's which I never ever do o/
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks
