o/ o/ o/ You got a program done by an instructor? Stick to it now :) week starting 13th February, get yourself a new program so the body doesnt get used to the same routine. Well done Valda.

Frs some reason I seem to have hit 'the platuea' :/
Ive been to the gym this week, been good apart from my treat of a medium italian pizza on movie night tuesday(I wont be having another treat this week) and nothing has changed, if anything I look a bit pregnant :S
bloatedness from the pizza maybe?

On the bright side, Zaggora finally sent me my replacement HotPants afer my previous fell apart. They strangely helped tone up some areas a while before xmas. So Ill continue to use them!

Just feel a bit disheartened since last week, I was lounging, didn't go to the gym all week and lost 2 pounds, been back at uni, done LOADs of walking and 2 gym sessions, and put it on?
Something aint right :/

Watching 'I Used To Be Fat' to make me feel 'better' - and more motivated. I dropped my Kinder(s) straight away.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not watching it to mock the guys or anything, it's actually to remind me what COULD happen to me if I keep eating like a pig

You might be putting on weight because of muscles, not fat.
It's good to mesure too, so you can really see the difference. The importance is how you look (how you feel about it), not how much you weight, cause it can be tricky!

'I look pregnant', got that too > water retention?

That is such an intelligent deduction and I you are so absolutely right. I really dont need to say more!

Everyone, dont rely on weight measurements so rigidly. The body fluctuates in weight all the time even in one day. Measure yourselves no less than every 2 weeks. It just adds unnecessary stress if you keep checking fractional changes in your weight.

Rawr, if you think you have reached a plateau then you know what to do, girl. Change to a new routine to give a shock to your body. Loving your relentless enthusiasm to exercise, you're always setting a great example for everyone. Keep that going but time to change your exercise program.

Oh by the way, so I ran 9.65km to Wandsworth cinema and watched Sherlock Holmes. I'm going to really enjoy this new twist to my running incentive ;)

Here's my run:

Here's the funny thing, it took me 1 hour to run there but that's how long the bus takes in rush hour.

I'd love to run to uni and back, but with all the crap I have to take with me, the walk to and from is like resistance training in itself lol

Yeah I know Ive got to shock my body^^, ging to start running for afew minutes, resting, and rinse and repeat(not in the shower!)
