Re: The Sitter
So I went to see this at Stratford Picturehouse today. It reminded me of Date Night. It has a very similar tone just different situations and characters. It had a few laughs but it's very forgettable. I don't think I would p*y to see this. 4/10

Re: The Sitter
I saw this tonight and thought it was a bit of fun. Very formulaic cringe-worthy fare but quite original with it. I definitely enjoyed it and probably would p*y to see it (though not again having seen it). I agree - rather Date Night-esque but good teen fun.

Re: The Sitter
A subpar Adventures In Babysitting for the slacker generation? If this is a comedy, its the film equivalent of a teen girl band album - a couple of good songs with a huge amount of padding out throught the rest of the album. Not sure why todays comedians make comedies in such a thinly spread way - this could almost not be classed as a comedy, the good jokes are so scarce. There are more gags in the Eastenders omnibus, for gods sake.
6/10 for the kids fun acting.

Re: The Sitter
I did like Sam Rockwell's drug dealer who wants to make friends on facebook, and Jonah Hill's chat with "Soul Baby" was pretty funny (make love to the night, motherf**ker...), but overall another uninspired comedy, 5 or 6 is about the right score. The romantic subplot was the worst part.
