That's brilliant, a_person - keep it up! And just the thing for winter weather, as you can exercise regardless of rain, wind, cold, etc.

Re: Weight Watchers
I just got a pedometer today to try and make sure I hit 10,000 steps a day, so far I've got just over a 1000, going to go for a long walk at lunchtime to try and get most of the rest. I work in an office, so not sure how I'm going to hit 10,000 on days I'm not going to gym, but I'm going to try.

Re: Weight Watchers
sorry I've not been around much in the last couple of weeks. AnneJ Monster Munch are fab and it makes sense to save the points for something tasty rather than WW stuff.AnneJ wrote:Congratulations Valda thats really good.![]()
I've given up trying low fat crisps as I didn't think they were that nice, I had a large packet of monster munch yesterday, they were 4 points!!but worth every one

Re: Weight Watchers
my problem with falling off the wagon, is that its an excuse to eat rubbish for the next few daysAnneJ wrote:After not drinking for nearly a month, I completely fell off the wagon on Friday night, not a good idea, but I really enjoyed it. Although I'm not going to a meeting tonight cause I'm going to see Harry Brown instead, so hopefully I have enough time to undo the damage before next weeks meeting!!
