Re: Music Concerts/Gigs
Does anyone know Australian singer/songwriter Pete Murray? His music is awesome and I've seen him in concert a few times over the years now (always in a different country, ha!) and he's performing in London next month. Tickets are really cheap too (compared to what it costs to see him Down Under I think so):

Re: Music Concerts/Gigs
Anybody else manage to bag any Hackney Weekend tickets this morning? Took me 26 minutes to get mine, and then 100 minutes more to get for my friends. Talk about an exhausting morning!
Re: Music Concerts/Gigs
Yep, was lucky enough to get tickets for Radio 1 Hackney Weekend. Had to be patient but it was worth it in the end.

Just come back from Feist concert at the RAH - oh wait, not really, I was working at the boxes so I couldn't see the auditorium HAHAHAHAHA
But I heard her and it was amazing.
Also I sneaked twice in the arena but didn't have my glasses so couldn't see the musician / Feist faces. Useless.

Congratulations! :)jojojoanne wrote:my daughter did
The funny thing is the whole strategy of waiting diligently and just being patient didn't actually work..not this time anyway. I only figured it out around the 100 minute mark but what hopeful applicants actually needed to do was hammer at the F5 button (refresh) until it went past the holding page, and then to hammer it again up until the entrant details / payment page. Was crazy!
