They're asking if the storyline in the new film is similar to the cartoon from a while back which has most of the same main characters ;)

I don't know much about that particular AVENGERS movie, but I can tell you that the new "Ultimate Spiderman" TV series has some definitive tie-ins with the movie.
For one thing, Agent Coulson looks the same and is actually voiced by Clark Gregg.
Unfortunately, the show is a hair-brained, Family Guy-esque attempt at lightening up the Marvel universe...and I'm not enjoying it one bit so far.

Looks like they're using all the screens at the cinema for the premiere:
Vue Westfield London will be closed on Thursday 19th April for the European Premiere of Marvel's Avengers Assemble.
Vue Shepherd's Bush will be open as usual and is located directly opposite in the W12 Shopping Centre.
