Does anybody have ticket for Madonna? ;)
Do what we did last year for Pink. Sit outside with your own food and drink and have your own party. You wont really get to see Madonna anyways  ;)

Rush is coming back to London next year! I've already pre-ordered their new album. They released a lyric video of one of their new songs and it is seriously awesome. You can check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcFGrWjOX0E
Go ahead, make my day - by visiting my blog: http://jacobthehobnob.wordpress.com/

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Went to see Jack White at the HMV Forum. Having never seen The White Stripes live I was really looking forward to it and thankfully it didn't disappoint. Jack White along with his all-female backing band were on excellent form (he alternates between an all-male and all-female backing band for each gig or as the mood suits) and he played a decent mix of his new solo stuff with reworkings of White Stripes, The Raconteurs and Dead Weather material.

I even managed to get one of my tweets at the bottom of the Guardian review of the gig. http://www.guardian.co.uk/music/2012/ap ... ite-review

Love this band so much... they might be my new fav band!
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"

A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

This is actually a cracking idea. I am going up there for Bruce Spingsteen as well, its the nearest I'll get to the dude in real life.

And if the stage is facing the entrance you can see it all anyway (like at Hard Rock Calling last year).
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

Should make it an official FMUKer's party, now that would be fun o/

I'm thinking it's a good idea too, they may end up with more people outside than in!

Oh wow! I would have loved to have gone for this one! Really like Jack White live. Glad to hear you have a good night. Did you get the limited edition 7inch vinyl they were selling on the night?
