So. I won't write a detailled menu of what I ate lately, but I must say I eat a lot more healthy food, such as (non fat) salads and soups. Unfortunately, I simply can't get rid of chocolate bars and I compensate pasta with bread (boohoo), BUT I feel better even after one or two weeks p*ying more attention to my diet.
And I also eat less pasta, more rice which doesn't stick to my stomach, always with at least one kind of vegetable with it.
I also walk more which is something I really miss because of this annoying weather.
Hope you're proud of me ;-)

There's going to be some sort of Rewards scheme from TFL for people who walk or ride instead of bus and tube. I don't know the ins and outs yet though
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

You're all doing so well! Keep up the great work!!! o/
How fabulous are you o/ I intended on mixing the yoghurt with the tandoori paste putting it all over the chicken breast then cooking it in a steamer bag (basically a bag made out of tin foil) but now if I use half of the yoghurt for my tandoori mix and the other half as above with a salad how delicious will that be - I now need to go and b*y a lime to add a bit of zing to it. I'm looking forward to it already.

I've just made a total pratt of myself doing a power walk (I finished work at 4 so thought that I would seize the opportunity), I was giving it some serious arm action and have gone flying on a banana skin that someone had left on the floor and ended sprawled across the pavement  Shame it was a dual carriageway so a nice bloke pulled over to ask if I was OK (I felt like such a fool).

Loving your meals Valda they sound very healthy and Preston1990 have you done your exercise bike today?

Hope that your Dad is OK Octopus and thanks for the tips o/

Blimey! I hope you are OK 8O :( ....... I bet that gave the old "Shoulder rotators" and "small accessory muscles" more of a work out than you'd originally planned. ;) Are you sporting grazes and bruises now?

I've done 35 mins on the bike and I've also done 20 mins on the rower too.

Rower - 20 mins, Resistance 3, 561 strokes, Cals 157

And hope you didn't get hurt - at least people are nice enough to stop, even if it was blush inducing!

Another great work out Preston! ;)
