LOL we could have been on the same tube after all! I went to Finchley road and then walked down to the Tube, and even then it was hanging around at the station for a while
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I cant think of many places worse that you enter voluntarily, than being stuck on a stationary tube for ages. How ugly.

It's even worse when the train is stationary underground so you don't have signal to contact anyone to let them know where you are or that you are going to be late if you have arranged to meet someone.

Stupid jubilee line delayed my journey by about 30 minutes on the outward and return journeys.

all those stinky aliens on the tube. And the ones who dont get up and offer their seat to old people. We need Will Smits over to send them back to Betelgeuse, Splundig Ver Thrigg to the lot of them.

Really enjoyed this film, just what you expect from a MIB film. Josh Brolin was really good and we weren't expecting the twist at the end. Interested to read Young Agent O is played by Alice Eve, Trevor Eve and Sharon Maughan daughter.

Saw this at Vue Finchley Road on Friday night at the induction of the Extreme Screen (which meant it started over half an hour late and it already was a late screening *sigh*)

This wasn't an amazing or even just "great" film storyline wise. Its main aspect (the time travelling) was contradictive and circumstancial. The "twist" at the end was also extremely predictable. Yet, despite all this I found myself thoroughly enjoying the film and all its fun aspects. Visually it looked awesome (the time jump, the aliens, even the 3D worked well and looked slick). It probably helped that I've only ever seen the first MiB film, when it originally came out, so most of it looked fresh and new to me and not a repeat of the gimicks in previous films. Will Smith was great (and hasn't aged one bit) and Josh Brolin made an amazing young TLJ (though man Josh has aged a lot too! Of course it didn't help I only recently rewatched The Goonies, which was made over 25 years ago). One major thing lacking though, was the original MiB tune :(

8/10 purely for the fun factor, as the story is nothing original or even memorable.

A lot of fun despite its very deep plot flaws: http://londonfilmfanatiq.com/2012/05/27/men-in-black-3/
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

I enjoyed this to a certain extent but it is definitely has some weak elements. The success of the film is mainly due to the chemistry between Will Smith and Josh Brolin which helped me overlook the gaping holes in the logic of the story and the thin plot. This is an improvement on MIB2 but it falls short of the standard of the first MIB film. The jokes don't always work and a few of the jokes feel a bit tired, but I still chuckled throughout, and the finished product is entertaining enough if you switch your brain off at the door. 7.5/10

The 3D is barely noticeable and doesn't add very much to the experience.
