I think its simpler if we describe it as Free PREVIEW films in the cinema. For me, the fact that I'm seeing a preview is more exciting to me. Seeing it free is a bonus. Must be at a cinema or theatre and not an already released film.

I remember when I was a uni student, my hall of residence held weekly free films in the college theatre on Sundays. But they are films already released so they shouldnt count.

Yes but the title of the club is 'free films' not 'free previews' so to me it's any film that is screened at a cinema (or hall or something) and you get to see free. Like when they do the free screenings of the BAFTA nominated films, hopefully they'll be doing that again this year . I've also counted when something's gone wrong at the cinema and they've either refunded money or given a complimentary ticket to see a film, or the tickets won through coke zone.

I agree with elski here, was about to say the same thing. Mamma Mia is also not a preview anymore but if anyone saw it for free on the big screen I would count it. And when I go to watch German films at the Goethe Institut, they are also not new releases. And you can't see previews with cinema vouchers, but it still counts of course.

Yes please add me - although I don't EXPECT to get anywhere near 100, I live in hope.
