Morning all, back at work today and not yet had a cuppa! How I'm managing is anyone's guess. Had a great break but was worse than usual getting up today. Could fall asleep at any moment... Hope everyone's still well and looking forward to NYE.

Going to a posh restaurant tomorrow night with friends. It has a 5 course menu and we will go outside shortly before midnight and watch the fireworks.

I went back to work today and got loads done so feel very productive.

having spent literally hours trying to download the real life documentary about Grey Gardens which the film was based upon, it looks like it's on channel 4 tonight 12.45am. a bit late for many but that means it should be available to watch at channel4.com soon :-D

Yay, home! Only slight flight delay but immediately annoyed by rude Londonders who don't help carry cases, don't get out of the way so I can get to a seat, honk at us when we cross the street (the light being GREEN!), and the DLR not going to and from Bank. So the holiday is definitely over. Have to do all the mundane tasks tomorrow. Will also answer PM's tomorrow.

Yes, Londoners can be quite rude. Get in your way and then swear at you for being in their way! But then there are kind and friendly ones too, so can't generalise.

First day back at work today after Christmas holidays, the weekend seems so far away!! The air con in the office is playing up, so its been freezing all morning :cry:
