Just incase anyone in here hasn't visited the Bargain Board lately, Tilly posted yesterday in the Telegraph Deals thread about a free
'Walking Fitness' Guide and DVD they are giving away in the paper next weekend, 16th and 17th June. Thought it might be of interest
to someone.

Keep up the great work everyone, I'm super impressed with all of your progress! o/

And from me too, I'll be b*ying that next weekend. Its another exercise programme for me to try. o/

Just returned like a drowned rat from my walk but 345 calories burnt so all good plus extra clothes to iron so more calories to be utilised ;) . I really must get some waterproofs  why does it feel different getting saturated in the streets but not in the hills

Where are the rest of my fellow weight watchers?

Well Preston aka "sooty" is out sweeping chimneys!!! LOL!! ;)

Been in town this morning shopping and it is full of tourists and of course my bus coming home is the same bus that everyone takes to the zoo!! Have to lose more weight to be able to squeeze past everyone when trying to get off the bus!!

Raining now so will wait and see how heavy it is after lunch may go for a long walk.

It's currently sunny and dry in Trinity! Bizarre.

it certainly helps if you plan your daily menu (and stick to it!!)
enjoy your family meal

My sentiments exactly and its worth going for a walk when its breezy as you feel so awake. Just been to get my friend a birthday pressie from Molten Brown and as I had gone on another short walk (not the drowned rat one from this morning) I must have been looking a bit windswept so the lady at Molten Brown popped in a couple of nourishing shampoos for me to try o/  (not sure if I'm supposed to be happy or not but I am :giggle: )
