Loving all the cycling Preston1990 and good luck with the weigh-in Biggins o/

Menu of the day:
Special K and a black coffee (300 calories)
Ham salad roll, 2 kiwi and a Weight Watchers yoghurt (350 calories)
Thai green curry a la havingascreen style but having it with wholegrain rice (400 calories)
Pineapple Del monte pineapple ice lolly (100 calories)
Cadburys Options (50 calories)

I'm working 8 until 7 today (just booked an extra holiday to Crete in 2 weeks so more than happy to work a few extra hours :D )so I'm hoping to do my DVD but it will have to be late as I will be really hungry at 7 so it may have to be a 4 mile walk I will definitely do some exercise.

A quick jump on the scales this morning - holds in breath - another 1lb lost!!! :j :j Didn't expect that with being so inactive but then I expect it is because I have had easy meals like ham salad at night (Hubby doesn't cook  ) plus running around the house getting housework etc done in half the time it normally takes. So lowering my carb intake is working weight wise and then will see if it makes a difference to my diabetes blood count.

Have a good day everyone - off to catch the bus.

Warwick Castle was great yesterday :D
Guy's Tower didnt seem to be so much as effort as everyone was making out!
Seems theyre either unfit or I am fitter :P
Made me feel good about myself :D

Had rice krispies cereal in the morning.
Had a meat roll and a slice of sponge at the castle, dad also got me ANOTHER slice of sponge, and was shocked to see me wrap it up in tissue and hand it to my nan once we got home :')
Had a youngs fish fillet and some southern fried chips with tomato sauce at the bfs.
And a slice of cheesecake with some ice cream for dessert

TODAY!
Had 2 slices of best of both hovis with butter(toast was 113kcal each, rounding up the butter to 100 to be safe) 326kcal
Snacks today(I have 4 apples, may not have them all, aiming for 2 as im trying to cut down)
Lunch: WW salmon and broccoli wedge melt
Dinner: unsure yet as i have work and will be going to the cinema beforehand, more than likely will be an eat smart prawn mayo sandwich from morrisons :)
WIll be walking up and down broadstreet with my hunky laptop in its hunky carrier bag so ill consider that as resistance :giggle:
Determined to work a full night at work tonight since I was sent home early again last week, so I SHOULD be standing up/walking/picking up glasses on the floor/lumping alcohol and bin bags around,
from 10 till 4.30am.
Then Ill probbaly be in bed till lunch time tomorrow meaning no breakfast, but ill have ahealthy lunch,(thinking white fish and mushroom rice), but no idea on dinner yet.
As im seeing Blink 182 tomorrow o/ lots more standing and jumping around woot!
^-^

Good luck with all your plans/exercise peeps!

It's because you are fitter, healthier and more toned Rawr o/ - All that healthy eating and exercise is p*ying off for you :D

Todays Exercise:

Nil 8O I'm going to have a rest day ....because I'm saving myself for next week.........

I read that National Bike Week is taking place from 16th to 24th of June. There are going to be local rides and bike repair events all around the country. Visit Bikeweek.org.uk to see what is happening in your area. Why not get your old bike out of the shed, dust it off and go for a ride. ..... Or b*y one off Gumtree - people are virtually giving some of them away these days. I'm hooked now!! :D

Today's Food:

1. Toasted Bagel with rocket and smoked salmon pâté.

2. Gazpacho ( ...again.... 8O .....I used to really like this, I'm heartilly sick of it now - fortunately this was the last tub of it!)

3. Another Toasted Bagel with rocket, tomato and pesto.

4. Chicken Salad with leaves, red/green/yellow peppers, rice, grated carrots, cellery, red onions, potato salad.

5. :shifty: Galaxy Bubbles Egg 8O  - I'm going to have this as my "Treat" ;)

Be good everyone! :D

Preston, I clicked on your 'WeightWatchers Record'. Very Impressive!! Even though I've been following your progress since the start, I never realised you'd lost sooooo much - very well done!!
