I know it tells your weight loss on your 'Ticker', but seeing how much you've lost each week gives it the WOW factor!!

jojojoanne wrote:Preston, I clicked on your 'WeightWatchers Record'. Very Impressive!! Even though I've been following your progress since the start, I never realised you'd lost sooooo much - very well done!!
I've only just spotted that, thanks jojojoanne for alerting me to this and it is so impressive - it made me laugh with you needing to be one and a half foot taller :giggle: I've just worked out that if I was 3 inches taller my BMI would be 23.6 so if I wear 3 inch heels would that make me my ideal weight and then I can have cake today :cheer: :shifty:

In the real world

Menu of the day:
Cheerios (small bowl), 2 oatcakes with a smither of peanut butter (I didn't realise that I had got chilli ones so did taste a bit weird :noo: ) (300 calories)
Ham salad sandwich and 2 kiwi (300 calories)
Black coffee and a large cake (10 calories - 0 calories for the cake as steve has kindly offered to eat mine for me :crying: - a few of us are meeting up at the home exhibition this afternoon)
Rump steak, onion marmalade, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms (300 calories- I need to get a life as I have just weighed my steak) jacket potato (200 calories)
Weight watchers strawberry and raspberry jelly (courtesy of Betty Botter as she treated me to 2 packets - what a lovely lady), strawberries (50 calories)

I will do my exercise DVD tonight and a 2 mile walk after the home exhibition.

rawr_xoxo you must be mega fit - well done o/ What is everyone else doing today?

It is pouring rain here today so will use my energy to wash down the window frames as hubby and I are going to paint around the windows in the house to freshen them up. Grocery shopping, washing and ironing to be done before hand. Want to get it all done today as have a film tomorrow morning and then the family are coming up to see us in the afternoon for Father's Day.

Have a good weekend everyone. o/

Btw - I should be about 7 foot tall so if I eat when I am standing up on the ladder will that count?? ;)

Of course it does we can be the UK's answer to Elle McPherson and Jon Kortajarena - we may look a bit weird you stuck up a ladder, me walking around like Dick Emery and Preston with his platforms but we have the potential :giggle:

Good morning everyone

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with strawberries and a banana (250 calories)
Ham salad sandwich on wholemeal bread and a weight watchers yoghurt (300 calories)
Garlic mushrooms (50 calories) I just make it with loads of garlic and vegetable stock fried in one cal spray - it ends up almost like a soup/ consomme - its so filling and very few calories :D
Brushetta- 2 slices I'm going to try making it with the one cal spray olive oil made with plum tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil (150 calories)
Wholewheat pasta with a weight watchers sauce (250 calories) with a green salad with low calorie dressing (50 calories)
Bananas and weight watchers custard (150 calories)
I will have to eat this meal in stages as there is so much food - I always end up doing a bit of cleaning/ironing while I wait for more space in my stomach to become available
As its treat day I'm having half a Cadbury's buttons Easter egg (280 calories)
I'm really looking forward to all this food and all for under 1500 calories - this is my type of diet o/

Got loads of things to do today cleaning, ironing, visiting my mother, meeting up with best friend and her mum (this will be for the entire afternoon), visiting another 2 friends - I do have a lot of stamina but do have unrealistic expectations as to what I can achieve in a day
I will do my exercise DVD and hopefully a couple of miles walk :cross:

What's everyone else's plans for the day exercise/food wise? Have a fun day just noticed Polly32 had posted saying that she had lost 3 stone - How amazing is that! o/
