Re: Weight Watchers

#2491 Post by biggins » Wed Jun 20, 2012 8:35 am

Had a swim in the outdoor pool yesterday morning but undid it all by going out for lunch and having fish and chips! :red: But didn't have a lot to eat the rest of the day.

Today and tomorrow working from 12 to 7pm at the Graduations so having porridge both mornings to keep me going until 11.30 when I'll have a banana. Lunch will not be until I get a break about 2.30 and have something provided by the Uni. Running around the whole day seeing to people and helping with the organisation. A hectic two days so hope it will help with the weight lose. :cross: By the time I get in tonight will have a salad or a baked potato. A nice day today so it will be out in the marquee but heavy rain forecast for tomorrow which is not so good.

Good luck with the weigh in today Diane and Preston. o/

Trying to decide whether to go for a swim today.....but I have SO many school reports to do (210 in a very short space of time!!) that I'm thinking of just staying in today & getting lots done??! Only thing is the weather's meant to be crappy 2mro...I have a good few exercise dvds though so might try one of those instead.

Well done Diane o/ Where's Preston??? Haven't heard about his weigh in today.

I am absolutely exhausted. We had 1600 people at the receptions held after the Graduation ceremony early afternoon and another 1600 at 4.30 to cater for. Same numbers tomorrow first and second sessions. We assist with the clearing up afterwards so never stopped today. My feet are killing me.
A shower of rain this afternoon sort of spoiled things a bit but tomorrow looks bad as it is to be heavy rain. All the female graduates in their lovely dresses and high heels will find it difficult to walk on the soaking wet grass around the marquee.

Had lasagne for lunch today and a sandwich when I came home. Going for a long soak in the bath.

Thank you so much for being so lovely o/ My DVD was good thanks and I'm becoming more flexible - the only off putting bit was my cat kept on jumping on the windowsill outside and crying  Which DVD do you do? Glad you enjoyed it.

Thank you Biggins for your kind words and so sorry that you have sore feet but I hope that you feel lovely and relaxed after your long bath.
I too was wondering where Preston1990 has disappeared to - the last I heard was he was watching Grace Jones hula hooping so he may have been hypnotised by her hips (she scares the living daylights out of me  ).
