4) Assorted salad leaves with ham, peppers, celery, black and green olives, cucumber, sliced jersey royal potatoes, cherry tomatoes. (550 cals)
5) Earl Grey Tea, lemon slices. Toast - spread with humous with roast peppers. (400 cals)
