Wow well done Diane that's great - I'm really pleased for you o/ :cheer: :cheer:

That means that you've got a bit tucked away in the old weightloss bank, so to speak, so you can afford to let yourself go a little on your hols next week. Nothing too outrageous though, and not too much bedroom activity please :shifty: . You must stop short of breaking any more beds!! 8O

It seems like everyone is doing pretty darned good this week!! Yay, we rock!! o/

Enjoy yourself at the hotel Biggins. Have a fantastic evening meal and breakfast - Don't scrimp yourself too much. You can always be more strict when you get back home to make up for the odd little cullinary indiscretion whilst you are away. o/

Just about to go onto Diane's Map my walk website (it can do bike rides too) to see how long today's bike ride was. Edited to say it was 12.31  miles. Got really soaked in the rain and muddy too, as a lot of it was along tracks. Really enjoyed it though, and now have another longer bike day out planned for this friday. Obsessive or what?

Today's Meals:

4 cups of black coffee throughout the day (25 cals)

A litre and a half of tap water from the Vittel bottle in the fridge (Nil points)

1) Small banana (90 cals)

2) Half a Mega Salad: assorted leaves, chopped smoked mackerel fillet, grated carrots and celariac, cellery, green olives, tomatoes, red onion, fresh raw peas, garlic and onion dip as dressing. (300 cals) Fresh fruit salad (82 cals) Goosberry and Elderflower mousse (106 cals)

3) The other half of the above Mega Salad (300 cals)

4) Ham and Tomato sandwich with Sweetcorn relish (450 cals)

5) Earl Grey Tea. Toast and humous (250 cals)

Be good everyone! :D

I had the 31st August as my target date - I'm going to Berlin then so I just used that as a target date and hopefully I should have lost the last 9lbs by then :cross:

Just having a M & S Turkish delight chocolate bar with my last 200 calories of the day, I feel like I have had 2 days in one today but feel surprisingly wide awake.

Hope you're having fun Biggins :D

Morning everyone :D
Menu of the day:
Smoothie with Bananas and strawberries (250 calories)
I'm on a course all day and lunch is provided so I will have to choose a healthy one - its on wound care so should be all healthy :cross:
Garlic sausage salad roll - which I am sick to death with but as everyone else has had the rest of the food I'm on a one woman crusade to eat all the garlic sausage and bananas in the house :noo: (250 calories) Melon (50 calories)
I will work out what else I'm allowed depending on lunch.

Exercise for the day:
As the course doesn't start until 8.30am in the city centre I will work the mile to the metro and back.
Just got one patient at 6.30pm after the course and hopefully I can fit a trip to the tip in to get rid of old mattress as new one arrives today (I'm missing the tip so need to have one last visit  )
I will do my workout DVD tonight as I want to go to bed late to give me a later start for tomorrow (I bet I'm still wide awake at 6 :noo: )

Have a fun day everyone and Biggins enjoy your breakfast o/

Just finished breakfast in this lovely hotel. Had a bowl of Special K with milk, cup of tea, and scrambled egg with smoked salmon. So the breakfast was quite healthy.

Last night I strarted off well with fanned melon with strawberries and raspberry coulis. Then fish in a sauce with potato and veg. Then disaster couldn't resist the sticky toffee pudding with ice cream - delicious but probably my undoing for this week. Two glasses of white wine and coffee.

Raining but will stop off on the way home at the market in Peebles and if not too wet will have a walk round the town. Will have a plate of soup when we get home and something light tonight which will hopefully keep me on track for the weight in tomorrow.

Have a good day everyone.

Well done everyone!! Very pleased to see all of the pounds totalling up...how much do you think we've lost collectively?
That might be a good thing to put in all our siggys! ;)
Advertise our weight busting power to the forum!

I made a meal for my boyfriend last night, very manly aha.
He had bacon roses/bacon buds for his starter/side, I had a few too they turned out ok :)
The main I cooked Steak TO TASTE(to my surprise too!) and handmade thick cut steak chips, and made enough so he had some left over to take to work too!
And I made a rainbow swirl cake, but the mould I used, was utter s***e, so the outside encrusted to it, and the middle fell out :/
SO instead of a space invader shaped rainbow swirl cake with green buttercream frosting it was a new thing I like to call Rainbow Mess(taking from eton mess LOL)
and we ended up not eating it anyway as we were going to the cinema, and we had ben n jerrys instead.
And we both got shovel spoons ^-^
(what he doesnt know is last nights addition was actually my 4th spoon...)
He enjoyed AL:VH so s'all good :D
And we made the new guinea cage! Ill post pics once i upload em :D

Oh and I steped on the scales this morning and I'm 9st 0.2!
Possibly due to my walk to and from asda on tuesday, and the gym on the night(mom had a free day voucher)
Ill be walking to the bus and getting off at asda to have another look round (to pass the time) before walking back home instead of getting the other bus to the end of the road :)
woop woop woop!

looks like we've all been indulging a bit, I had tea at pizza hut, coleslaw, potatoe salad and a pepperoni thin crust pizza

Rawr that meal sounds so tasty, what are bacon roses/buds? Was your origional cake design based on the pickled onion space raiders shape? i love those crisps and they're only 62 cals a pack.

Biggins, that was a healthy breakfast, i'm having smoked salmon salad for lunch.....tasty :D Good luck with the wiegh in.

Diane, i thought you'd be doing your baywatch run down the beach to show of that fit bod :giggle:

i'm being better today and had my country crisp for breakfast with coffee = 300 cals
for dinner i'll have the pasta i planned to eat yesterday. If i have the energy i'll do my exercise DVD tonight too.

The bacon roses/buds, were slices of bacon rolled up into the shape of a rose :P and the ones that couldnt fit on the plastic rose stems I b*ght became Bacon buds :P
And no! ofcourse not! What is more epic than the alien inspired crisps?
The space invaders game! ;D

I had a tropical granola yoghurt for breakfast, and 2 ham sandwiches on WW bread, with lettuce, red onion and bbq sauce.
And a magnum since I think I deserved it after having trawled through the storm just to get home!

Well done rawr_xoxo on your weight loss that is amazing o/

I'm so jealous of your lovely cakes and pizza - I certainly didn't indulge in my buffet lunch today I took one bite out of my vegetarian wrap to discover it was tuna - I hate fish(I had to spit it out  )so ended up with a plate of lettuce, 2 tomatoes and an apple as apart from brown stodge (didn't look appetising) and delicious looking cakes that was it! Just had a bowl of Special K as I was ravenous (total 400 calories)- I sneaked out before the Questions and Answers hence home early - I was made to take annual leave to go on the course otherwise I wouldn't have sneaked out.

Wow! Pleased to say I've lost another 1lb this week. :D Didn't think that would happen after my sticky toffee pudding etc but shows cutting down on the bread helps. The swimming is great exercise so keep with it Clarebarr.

Bowl of Fruit and Fibre with a few added strawberries and cup of tea this morning. Chicken tonight and haven't made up my mind yet for lunch or what to have with the chicken.

Have a great holiday Diane65.
