Although I'm sure you all know this, remember that weight loss is not the only way to measure success. Muscle weighs more than fat, as they say, so while you might not have lost anything, try to measure how your clothes feel (though this might not be as immediately apparent on a weekly basis) but most importantly, how you feel in yourself.
It's a shame, Clare, that you were in pain and had to stop swimming (good call on that though) but it's clearly affecting you in a positive way based on your previous posts! Don't give up, you will see the changes very soon!
Rawr, I wonder whether you should change up your prawn mayo sandwich for a prawn salad, for example? I reckon you'd get to eat twice as much for the same amount, if not less, of calories, plus you get all the other nutrients your body needs. That said, you're obviously doing great
