After all you are at BMI 25 (The much desired Normal Weight range) ! o/ If/when I ever achieve that, I'll be finished with dieting per se and into maintenance mode. :D

Ah bless you o/ Its not just me saying it I have very honest friends :roll: I have just packed some small sachets of Alpen and cereal bars so I have some things on standby (a friend's suggestion) as I still want those last 9lbs off and then I will see how I look and feel, my honest friends will tell me if I need to lose a few lbs more or not.

Be good everyone and I'll see you on my return o/

Spent the evening yesterday and all afternoon today finishing my entry to the hey guys Abe Linc Competiton to win an apple tv box, runners up in for a signed poster and tickets to the film.

I've been swimming SO much this week, & have cut down on crappy food......(chocolate etc), weighed myself at the gym today, & have lost NO weight at all. How annoying. Also I was in pain so had to stop after swimming only 10 lengths :-(

uv probably lost weight, but gained muscle with all that swimming .. don't get upset .. you'll probably lose next week

Wow, everyone continues to amaze me! Keep up the good work people!

Although I'm sure you all know this, remember that weight loss is not the only way to measure success. Muscle weighs more than fat, as they say, so while you might not have lost anything, try to measure how your clothes feel (though this might not be as immediately apparent on a weekly basis) but most importantly, how you feel in yourself.

It's a shame, Clare, that you were in pain and had to stop swimming (good call on that though) but it's clearly affecting you in a positive way based on your previous posts! Don't give up, you will see the changes very soon!

Rawr, I wonder whether you should change up your prawn mayo sandwich for a prawn salad, for example? I reckon you'd get to eat twice as much for the same amount, if not less, of calories, plus you get all the other nutrients your body needs. That said, you're obviously doing great ;)

the only prawn salad morrisons do is covered in mayo :/
totally 600+ calories the lowest cal thing in the store is the prawn mayo :S
