yay 3lb lost so that's a good start! Still no exercise done and still smoking. I hope to go to the gym one day next week.

I ordered 2 months worth of Diet Chef yesterday. I know its not really the way to go, but for me its good for now. I can update my food diary on Myfitnesspal in advance, bring the relevant packs and fruit etc to work, and its all worked out, calories, fat content etc.

I think I will splash out on a Fitbit as well, it makes it all like a little game for me

Well done on yor weight lose Valda. o/ That's a really good start. I never lose any more than a lb a week but then I am not being very energetic unlike Preston who is very active.

That sounds a lovely granola but you can't eat much of it at a sitting as it is high in calories and carbs. :noo:

Quiet on here today - no Diane of course and Preston must be out on his bike!!

Lovely day down south today, so I've been out walking, but this has been a terrible year for it so far, what with prolonged bad weather, problems with boots and persistent back trouble. Now even my foot is playing up and it sounds like Morton's Neuroma (Diane65 would know!). I need it fixed a.s.a.p. so I can get out there to make the most of any further good weather; sounds as though p*ying for cryosurgery might be the fastest and most successful solution.
