biggins wrote:Well done on yor weight lose Valda. o/ That's a really good start. I never lose any more than a lb a week but then I am not being very energetic unlike Preston who is very active.

That sounds a lovely granola but you can't eat much of it at a sitting as it is high in calories and carbs. :noo:

Quiet on here today - no Diane of course and Preston must be out on his bike!!

35g a portion which hardly covers the bottom of the bowl. But it is in the Diet chef Hamper so that's my excuse

My menu for the day has so far been:@

Breakfast
45g of orchard granola with 100g fat free vanilla yoghurt

2 apples as snacks

Lunch
Sweet Chilli chicken breast, with birds eye mushroom rice and peas.

'Dessert'
WW chocolate brownie

Dinner
Some sort of sandwich, more than likely, you guessed it! Prawn Mayo!
And a white grape and blackberry water drink.

Mom b*ght me 2 bottles of diet coke since Asda ballsed up the delivery on Saturday, so i had 1 bottle yesterday and am having the other today, I'll then be back onto sparkling water which I'll grab from morrisons tonight.

Also heading to the doctors at 4:40, as you may or not know, I have the implant, I've still got over a year and a half on its 'lifetime' yet ive been bleeding profusely since Saturday.
So nurse tonight and hopefully its nothing too serious

Gosh, rawr, hope all is ok! Glad you're getting it seen to...

Valda, that all sounds incredibly decadent. Not sure it even sounds like a diet! Good for you!

Oh, and rawr, what kind of veggies do you like (raw)? Just trying to improvise a salad for you that doesn't feel like a salad... And do you like any other fruit? I'm just concerned we'll have a nationwide shortage of apples! :giggle:

Lmao! xD There probably will be!
I do like pears but they have to be soft, not rock solid.
And I like bananas but not too many as I get sick of em!

Then veggies I like peas, mushrooms, carrots, mange tout, baby corn, sweet corn, green beans, beansprouts, and those green beans you sometimes see in salads but have no idea what they are
but i cant do any of them raw^^

Hi everyone. Not been on here for a few days....not been able to exercise much & the diet not been too great, either!! Crappy weather hasn't helped...my pain has been really bad today; I've just slept for 2 hours (fell asleep on the sofa) & have decided to just go to bed now. Hoping to swim again at the end of the week if pain improves. Wish I had full health - I really did used to take it for granted.

Sorry to hear about that Clare - hope pain does improve. Does being in the water soothe it at all (rather than a full on swim, just moving around in it?)?

Hi anakin, not really....sitting in the jacuzzi helps, but on days (like today) I'm in too much pain to even go out, let alone contemplate leaving my flat even!
