I've been catching up and I've started copying your weetabix, blueberries, raspberries n skimmed milk brekkie instead of doing my usual coffee n run-out-the-door ritual!
Menu of the day:
Special K with strawberries and a black coffee (350 calories)
Banana on spelt bread followed by chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries (430 calories)
Weight Watchers piri piri chicken followed by a doughnut peach (420 calories)
I keep on having calories left over each day and I'm just eating things for the sake of it to make up calories so I'm seeing if larger meals work out better as I don't want to go less than 1200 calories as I exercise 6 days a week and I don't want the dreaded loose skin
Exercise of the day:
A 4 mile walk providing I get through the Olympic traffic (football at Old Trafford) on the way home from the cinema
I was restrained at the restaurant last night I had 1 slice of brushetta (my favourite), penne arrabiata (which I couldn't finish) and a black coffee - I wasn't really being restrained I was just stuffed as if I still had space I would have polished it off
