Now Is Good

#1 Post by sunny hucknall » Wed Aug 29, 2012 9:10 pm

hi,

my dear old mama is insisting that she has already seen this film on tv, a suspicion that has been confirmed (in her aged mind) by that fact it is a bbc film.

she has watched the trailer & is convinced. I think its early onset alczheimers myself.

if she is wrong, what film is she mistaking it for.

if she is right, why has it now been released to cinemas ?

Might I suggest you utilise the services of IMDb. It clearly states when the film is released in various countries.

far be it from me to suggest that none of you read past the first line of my post (tl;dr) but it is quite obvious that i do not believe that this film has been on tv.

so the question remains ¨if she is wrong, what film is she mistaking it for¨?

The Ultimate Gift sounds vaguely similar. It doesn't focus on the girl with leukemia, but it does have a list and she's a part of it.

I'm so very glad that you think it is obvious what you mean. In that case, why ask the second question!
Rhetorical question. I don't actually care tbqh

i think the need for me to restate reflects more upon you than me.

ps ¨don´t care / don´t post¨ is a good rule of thumb

hi

have taken a look, but this is quite old.

old mama quite insistant that it was about a dying girl (with short hair) who lives out her wishes before dying & that it was on telly this year.
