Argo

No thread for this yet? For shame!
I'm a big fan of Ben Affleck's first two films as director - Gone Baby Gone and The Town.
Three for three?

This looks good, hopes there is a preview in portsmouth!
A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"

A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

AYBG, I recommend you watch the extended version of the Town as well as the extras if you have not already; it's very very good!

The Town is good but not great in my opinion.

I share this opinion. Like Drive, it's artistically impressive and great to look at, but in terms of its story extremely straightforward.
Gone Baby Gone in my humble opinion is far superior.

I enjoyed both. Jeremy Renner was epic in the Town.

Argo is a really good solid effort by Ben Affleck, well made and well acted but like mentioned above, it's good film and not a great one, but show's once again Ben Affleck is coming along nicely as a director.

Not a big Ben Afllect fan (As an actor) however he underplays it here, which works really well for the film - Bryan Cranston is fantastic as always.

Argo F***kyourself (This running line will make you laugh)
