As far as i know, im wavering around 9st 5/6, some mates want to go to Ming Moon(chinese buffet) on sunday but ive simply said ill sit in and not in(it's expensive as it is!).
Today so far I've tried to start healthy!

Had 30g of special k red berries which was absolutely gorgeous...more so than normal, possibly because i havent had much fruit over the holidays!!
I had an apple and a pear, trying to mix it up a little bit!
Ive just had a McCain's jacket potato with heinz barbeque beans, bit of margarine, bit of cheese.
Aiming to have a banana around 3ish instead of ice cream or biscuits or anything else with chocolate involved!
Then dinner im thinking either a lamb dinner or salmon with rice :)
Shadowhunters: Looking better in black than the widows of our enemies since 1234.
I am, after all, what you made me.

Well done Biggins that is brilliant especially with the sherry trifle. Loving all the healthy choices girls and allsinging no-one can have just one piece of chocolate orange!! I was a bit late up this morning as stayed up too late last night hence late posting :shifty:
Took Belvita biscuits and a banana to work for breakfast (300 calories)
Jacobs savours, pate and cucumber for lunch followed by a shape yoghurt (400 calories)
Bacon sandwich for dinner - I haven't a clue why but just fancied one (400 calories) I will have a 100 calorie snack later.

I'm resting again as going to my mother's later so time factor but I will do some exercise tomorrow.

All packed and ready to go for some sunshine. :D Just back from Sunday lunch at the pub as hubby kindly said since it was the start of our holiday it would save me cooking today. o/

Off at 6pm so when I get back I want to read about all the fantastic weight loses that you all have had while I have been putting it back on!!

Looking forward to Preston joining us again in the near future and hear all his news.

Be good and keep up the good work.

As always, I took advantage of all the bargains before Christmas, foodwise, so I've got LOADS of 'naughty' stuff left! It would go in no time if I left it all lying around, but I don't want the kids to eat it all - not cos I want it (bit of a lie!!) - I limit their treats, for their own sake (that's the truth!) .. and of course, I got b*ght a load of chocs and shortbread!! I think Mr Glass suggested that we throw out all the bad stuff for our own sake. I know he's right, but he's not a Mum!! Mum's don't throw food out. It's just not done!! So I shall continue to have my 'treats' until they're gone (by November!), but I shall earn them! Jacket Potato tonight with tuna and salad (makes up for the piece of chocolate log I've just had with a cup of tea!!)

I know exactly what you're saying I can't bring myself to throw away food - I've got Christmas pudding for tonight  The rest can be saved but the brandy sauce needs to be used today and tomorrow I will try to be good but going out for a post Christmas dinner https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j ... 4169,d.d2k just need to choose a healthy option plus I'm going out for a buffet on Wednesday evening (its work related as sorting out the agenda for training courses for the next academic year) but as we are working and eating at the same time I forget what I have eaten :shifty:
