When I had a personal trainer, he always said you could have one day to eat what you want, trouble I've used up all my days for the next month or so :red:

Weighed myself this morning, clothed ... was quite surprised to see that my pyjamas, slippers and a head-towel weighed a stone .......

It will be the steel toe capped slippers that have done it ;)

I'm hungry today but been good and had fruit and fibre for breakfast - just tried the scales and I have maintained which is a surprise after this weekend but do need to get my brain into gear :shifty:

It is amazing how much such things weigh-- I imagine they were fleecy, winter pajamas, heavy duty slippers and you probably used a bath sheet so it all adds up.

How funny, I've just downloaded My Fitness Pal and just came in here to see if anyone else was using it!

It looks really good, no cheating if you use it properly and enter everything you eat, it logs your exercise and calories burns, give you a target for the weight loss and a calorie goal, it just told me off for not eating enough calories today!
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!
