Re: Weight Watchers
Well what can I say apart from no exercise due to lack of time (cinema straight from work and meal after work on Monday) and same with the eating (not healthy enough). Just got an hour in after work tonight before I go out to a committee meeting to organise the agenda for training courses for the next 12 months (I'm in my element doing a spot of organising
) with a buffet plus won't get home until 9ish hence a bit late for exercise as I ended up being wide awake until the early hours last time I tried that.
Hope that everyone else is still being good and motivated

Re: Weight Watchers
I've stolen an exercise bike and set my iPad on top of an upturned pink flower pot and hey presto with SkyGo I have a cycle and movie every day ( I don't cycle the whole movie but maybe in time I'll manage to)
