Hi, I'm still fatty, taking things under control again, before losing control within a few weeks again.

Well what can I say apart from no exercise due to lack of time (cinema straight from work and meal after work on Monday) and same with the eating (not healthy enough). Just got an hour in after work tonight before I go out to a committee meeting to organise the agenda for training courses for the next 12 months (I'm in my element doing a spot of organising :giggle: ) with a buffet plus won't get home until 9ish hence a bit late for exercise as I ended up being wide awake until the early hours last time I tried that.

Hope that everyone else is still being good and motivated o/

No time for tea yesterday with rushing out to the cinema so Ikea was the planned meal..only to spend too much time choosing candles etc that i only had time to grab two plain wheatie, seedie, brown bread rolls and forgot the butter...But were they Delicious in the cinema when i finally got to sit down ...shame i got the McDonald's ice cream after :tears:

Better organised today o/

Have a great day everyone :D

Hi guys I'm back (again) I've been pestering the drs and now fingers crossed will be getting all the help I can. I hope this time I can keep it up!

I'm using my fitness pal so if anyone wants to be friends on there for support or encouragement that would be great just message me here and I'll figure out how to add you!

Welcome back aruif and you will do it this time o/
allsinging Ikea tea sounds lovely especially with the ice cream you are very good planning a meal out.

I've got to get on track as the extra 3lbs will become 4 etc :noo: I must admit I don't feel as healthy eating the rubbish over the last few weeks and not doing sufficient exercise as I did before (I don't mean I feel ill I feel very well but room for improvement)

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with a banana and strawberries (300 calories)
Ham salad sandwich, weight watchers fromage frais and 2 kiwi (400 calories)
Weight watchers vegetable arrabiatta and a weight watchers strawberry mousse (300 calories)
Cadburys options at bed time (40 calories)

I will do some exercise tonight - I will decide later.

Be good everyone and keep posting o/

I've stolen an exercise bike and set my iPad on top of an upturned pink flower pot and hey presto with SkyGo I have a cycle and movie every day ( I don't cycle the whole movie but maybe in time I'll manage to)
