Sounds wonderful o/

I am working from 8am until 9.30pm today so it be an exercise free day today but sadly no breaks so it will be a case of eating in the car when writing up notes. I know that you are supposed to have breaks but sometimes it happens like this.

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with raspberries and a banana (300 calories)
Garlic sausage salad sandwich on wholemeal bread and a weight watchers fromage frais (350 calories)
Sandwich slim with ham salad and a banana (400 calories)
I will definitely be b*ying a Cadbury's option and a cereal bar for supper (150 calories)

I look forward to reading your posts at bedtime :giggle: I know that I won't have lost anything after this weekends chocolate fiasco but hoping I've not put on any weight :cross:

Where has everyone else disappeared to? I assume that you are all busy exercising and preparing healthy meals.

I'm not in work today as I have worked my 5 day week over 3 days and on a study afternoon :cheer:

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with raspberries and a banana (300 calories)
Slim a soup, ham salad Warburton's thin and a weight watchers fromage frais (300 calories)
Out for dinner tonight for Steve's birthday bash - he thought that he didn't want one luckily I know he does ;)

I'm having my car serviced and MOT'd plus at the dentist for the same dodgy tooth this morning so will have plenty of time for a walk before I start my studying (which I enjoy) so all in all quite a nice day ahead (I know that might sound mad but I always see these things (dentist and car) as another job ticked off my to do list).

What is everyone else up to today? I forgot to say that I have maintained which I'm happy about now need to get focused and get losing.

Another busy day for you, then, Diane65! And I haven't disappeared - yet. I am fortifying myself with porridge before my day at the theatre.

I actually thought that it was quite a relaxing day (apart from the dentist) :giggle: Enjoy your porridge and enjoy the theatre. What are you going to see?

Busy, busy busy, keeping up with tracking my progress on MFP, not having much time to plan ahead with meals, just making sure I have plenty of stuff in that can make healthy meals from and resisting the snacks meant for the kids lunch boxes. Resisting the vending machine at work is easy though once you have seen all the patients coughing & spluttering and what not over their hands and then pressing the buttons....
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

Sorry not been on for a while...got sinus, been to Docs, and while I was waiting I read in a Magazine...if you lose a l lb a month in a year you will have lost nearly a stone, just by making small adjustments to your daily diet....I thought that was quite an interesting comment to make.

So sorry that you've not been well and don't exercise when you're poorly. Get well soon and as you say a 1lb a month is brilliant o/

Well due to the stillness on this thread are we all being good or bad?

My breakfasts and lunches have been good but as for the evening meals out :shifty:  I devoured a goats cheese, rocket and red onion pizza at Steve's birthday bash and had the customary slice of garlic bread both which were lovely I did do a 4 mile walk on Thursday so should even out :cross: but then last night I went out with my friend's from school (we still go around together even though we left 32 years ago 8O ) and they are also watching their weight but they decided it would be a treat day so we had a steak ciabatta, chips and coleslaw followed by a sticky toffee pudding with custard which I would be about 1500 calories just for the meal but I did do an hours walk but I still think/know that I ate way too much

I think that I have become addicted to MsThrifty's smoothies as just waiting for my raspberries to defrost for my morning smoothie of 300 calories.
Carrot and parsnip soup (frozen from Christmas day) with a cheese and onion bagel (400 calories) followed by a kiwi
Chicken tikka good for you range (450 calories) and another kiwi. I was supposed to make havingascreen's curry but these were on offer for a fab price (I do like a bargain) so I will be making hers next weekend as I do like cooking and it sounds delicious :D

I want to do a walk today but depending on how slippery it is it might be the DVD which I know that I should do really to alternate otherwise I'll have a healthy heart but be untoned (not that I am toned but that's my thinking).

Let's keep posting. I hope that Biggins is having a fabulous time and she is a driven lady so will be back on here in no time :D
