My breakfasts and lunches have been good but as for the evening meals out :shifty:  I devoured a goats cheese, rocket and red onion pizza at Steve's birthday bash and had the customary slice of garlic bread both which were lovely I did do a 4 mile walk on Thursday so should even out :cross: but then last night I went out with my friend's from school (we still go around together even though we left 32 years ago 8O ) and they are also watching their weight but they decided it would be a treat day so we had a steak ciabatta, chips and coleslaw followed by a sticky toffee pudding with custard which I would be about 1500 calories just for the meal but I did do an hours walk but I still think/know that I ate way too much

I think that I have become addicted to MsThrifty's smoothies as just waiting for my raspberries to defrost for my morning smoothie of 300 calories.
Carrot and parsnip soup (frozen from Christmas day) with a cheese and onion bagel (400 calories) followed by a kiwi
Chicken tikka good for you range (450 calories) and another kiwi. I was supposed to make havingascreen's curry but these were on offer for a fab price (I do like a bargain) so I will be making hers next weekend as I do like cooking and it sounds delicious :D

I want to do a walk today but depending on how slippery it is it might be the DVD which I know that I should do really to alternate otherwise I'll have a healthy heart but be untoned (not that I am toned but that's my thinking).

Let's keep posting. I hope that Biggins is having a fabulous time and she is a driven lady so will be back on here in no time :D

Hi Diane, I recently b*ght a freezer and regularly stock up on berry fruits to chuck into my hot porridge or make a smoothie.

I normally make smoothies with thawed fruits but thought I would experiment with frozen berries. I was pleasantly surprised that, after mixing with carton juices, it was still quite thick and actually tasted a little like a slush puppy. If you don't like seeds then pour through a strainer.

Thanks for that Rickyraj I always do mine with milk as a meal (they are so thick and filling its heaven in a glass) but I love the idea of doing it with fruit juices. I will certainly be giving it a go and by the way I do like seeds and I haven't had a slush for years my favourites were the bright blue ones (I'm sure that it was all natural :shifty: )

Well due to the stillness on this thread are we all being good or bad?
Love it, a gentle prod in the right direction :D

I'm doing OK a little slip with Garibaldi's today (didn't know they still made them) very moorish but they don't feel like they have many calories in  (327 for the half pack i ate on the way home from Asda) 8O but that's what happens when you don't stop for lunch and its after 5pm when you get in.

No snow today..yah!

We have Intouchables Monday night at Selby Globe and I'm hoping the snow stays away until after 10.30pm :D cross you fingers for me (i know its going to snow heavy Monday but i can hope)

Accidentally got some exercise in by getting the wrong tube (travelling on auto pilot takes me towards work, not the shops!) and having to jog up a billion stairs to get back on track.

Found a Tesco selling Special K cracker crisps - they are lovely! On offer at the moment too. :)

Well today I have just scrapped through inside my calories allowance but it has not been the healthiest food at all, been in and out in the snow sledging with the kids most of the day and just wanted hot quick stuff to warm us up, I am telling myself that all the running up and down the hill will make up for it and they want to go again tomorrow.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

Ooh I spotted them in my local one so I will give them a go and well done on the exercise front (even if it's unintentional)

Allsinging I haven't seen Garibaldi biscuits for ages plus they do have fruit in them so it's all good (well we can pretend)

That uses up a lot of energy in the cold.

I haven't done any exercise today as really tired due to lack of sleep - self inflicted so no sympathy required :nono: I stayed up until 3am last night which is just not like me

I have a really bad sleep pattern, I'll work 3 lates, then 2 earlier, so after the lates, I'll end up going to bed later and later as I can't sleep straight away, so can end up going to bed at 2 or 3am, but then when I am on the earlies am so used to going to bed late that I can't sleep so end up with about 3 hours sleep, but then that evening I can't stay awake!
