Re: Weight Watchers
Still managed that 10 min workout before bed! Didn't do so well with the calories and sugar today but that made me feel a bit better. I am so sore after yesterdays suggestion from Greece :)

ooh i should log in and get a ticker!!!valda wrote:aruif wrote:Valda I see you're doing really well logging in and doing your body kombat on my fitness pal! well done you and thanks for your encouragement.
so far i've lost 13lbs but i ate a lot of cake over the weekend and well monday and tuesday too! i have treid to do some form of exercise every day, today has been an awful day im tired, upset and only managed 10 mins on the bike.
i have a 10am apt with the pt at the gym and i'm a bit worried what the scales will say. .... as always i suppose and i don't look forward to the time when weight loss is small i kinda like the big losses but equally i dont want to end up with a heap of saggy skin because i'm impatient!
wish me well!
well done to everyone on their achievements big and small... and remember sometimes you just needed a wee before you got on the scalesxxx
hope it went well, sometimes the best days are the ones when you feel low, then you get the the gym and feel all good again.
congrats on the weight loss. I've still not gotten back to where I was when I started so my ticket doesn't update yet![]()
Still I'll keep on doing the gym and my classes and wait for the day when I get an actual bit of movement on the ticker vx

Re: Weight Watchers
With the support I have had over the last few months I am sure I will get back on track and lose the weight again.
I have just been reading the posts I missed while away and see a some new people now joining in which is great - but what has happened to Preston - still no sign of him and his bike adventures.

Re: Weight Watchers
I know and he did say that he will be back as we miss him. I'm guessing that from the workouts that I have been doing from the links on here we have a lot young ones on here as it's not only the first time that I've ever done a booty work out but it's also the first time that I've ever done anything with booty in the titlebiggins wrote:With the support I have had over the last few months I am sure I will get back on track and lose the weight again.![]()

Re: Weight Watchers
i come here to say my sins aloud: i had a whole curry from the take away for dinner. only half rice, half naan but a whole chicken korma.
i had only had 500 calories all day before then, but still i'm pretty sure it was very naughty.
i've also not done exercise today, a bit of a walk around a few shops but nothing else.
please someone give me motivation to do better this weekend!
