moggers wrote:Oh that sounds lovely!(The recipe) Today wasn't my best day but I did achieve my calorie goal so not too bad. Had a shocker of a journey getting to work so went for lunch for a cheer up but was good. Had no extra butter or bread and only ate half of the massive bowl of tomato and chilli penne :) soup for dinner as I was still quite full. Will try to do some Tiffany workouts tonight so I can have the weekend off
I 'm wanting to do Tiffany's workouts tonight too but DD has locked the pc and impossible to do it on my phone. Love the recipe moviemann and I will be making it this weekend as I too love cooking and trying new recipes especially the Indian variety.

I'm not far behind you but I'm not doing it now as need to go to sleep - I was all set before ready for action but as both PC's were locked and I hadn't the password I was stumped :wall: But I will do one tomorrow after work before I go out.

Wow that's a lot of workouts in the early hours. Well done o/ I'm going to see the Lion King tonight but will fit in at least 2 of these before I head off - well basically as soon as I get in from work.

Just noticed the time hence I need to go to work and I will post later. Have a fun day everyone o/

Reading about all these workouts makes me feel I am very lazy! :noo: However, now that I am back from eating too much on holiday I have weighed myself this morning and have lost one and a half pounds of the weight I put on. Not a lot but it is a start. Back to homemade soups for lunch and cutting down on the carbs. Worked for me in the past so that is what I'll continue with and my usual swimming and walking.

You are all much younger than I am so I am not going to knock myself out trying to keep up with high density exercise. My "booty" will just have to remain as it is - no one is interested in it anyway!

Have a good weekend everyone.

back to the gym this morning after my day off yesterday :) did half hour run followed by half hour of spinning, no weights today

meal plan

had a banana and some tea for brekkie

1 serving protein shake mixed with milk mid morning after my workout

lunch will be a orange juice ,toasted bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon and possibly a bowl of porridge made with milk and a bit of honey

I have a meeting with my accountant later on so no doubt coffee with sugar will be involved for my mid afternoon and possibly some bikkies

Dinner plans are oven roasted chicken (made with flora cuisine instead of the butter, and some light herbs and spices ) lots of vegatables (steamed ) and either roast potates or mash ( not sure yet)
