WELL DONE ON LOSING A POUND AND A HALF!!!
Brilliant that is well done and you're a good looking woman (I know I have seen you) so I'm sure that there would be plenty of interest in your booty o/

I've only just got round to making havingascreen's chicken curry, the recipe for which she posted several weeks ago. I've kept meaning to cook it whilst OH was away, and suddenly realised that I'd better get a move on. So dinner smells good!

It looks like a wonderful recipe and I need to try it along with moviemann's that I'm making this weekend :D Hope that you enjoy it o/
Just done 1 of each and was getting a bit carried away as need to eat and shower as I'm going out in an hour. Just having a red Thai curry with jasmine rice courtesy of Tesco (350 calories) and its delicious o/

All this talk of curry is making me feel extremely hungry!
I'm going to give some of those workouts a try, I usually walk an awful lot and also do pilates.

I've just had my chicken curry and it cheered up poor DD who is sick. I now feel like a beached whale after all the food I have scoffed today lol. My mum is a feeder and thoughtfully b*ght me a roll with sausage and I ate that after having my good breakfast so skipped lunch. Now Tiffany beckons.... Need to claw back the calories some how aargh!

Ah you can have a day a week and have something naughty. But just look at your ticker tape, and how well you've done o/

I did three combat classes this week. I can't believe that I've already done more classes this year, than the previous 2 years 8O
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

Which ones are you doing? I can really feel my lower back now after this evenings exercise in a good way as in my muscles feel like they have had a work out - I even woke up Liquorice (my cat) when I was doing the SEXY BACK workout (I look anything but sexy doing it in my Alexander work wear before getting changed after work :giggle: ) the bit where you turn around whilst salsaing (or whatever you call it).

Moviemann is this what I should be b*ying for my curry? https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j ... 7550,d.d2k and https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j ... 7550,d.d2k or the Dorot ones? Getting my list ready for tomorrow.

Just done my Tracey Anderson mat work out so feeling energised but my stomach is aching

Menu of the day:
Smoothie with raspberries and a banana (300 calories)
Ham salad sandwich followed by a plum and a kiwi (300 calories)
Moviemann's chicken curry and I already have all the spices in apart from fenugreek which is good as it can cost an arm and a leg if you have to b*y them all at once with basmati rice but would really like peshwari naan but know that there is no way I could just eat half (450 calories per naan 8O ) and I'm unsure re calories in the curry but doesn't seem too bad as yoghurt based rather than cream.

What is everyone else up to today both eating and exercise wise and anything else for that matter?
