We've just a huge hailstorm, the ground and road look as though it has snowed! Brrrr I just hope it calms down as we have a dentist appointment at 3:30 eek! DS is trying to snuggle for a nap but he's going to be awake for this check up!!

It was absolutely delicious so a big thank you to moviemann and I did b*y the fenugreek. I love the frozen ginger and garlic, I had never heard of it before and what a doddle to use they just look like pieces of fudge plus they are brilliant value for a £1 o/[/quote]

Ahhhh well done Diane !! thats great ! im really glad it turned out well and that you enjoyed it , now you can tweak the recipe how you wish for future eg if you prefer a more tomatoey curry then add more tomatoe paste , if you want less spice then add less garam masala podwer at the end , if you want it more runny add more water , maybe you would prefer more yoghurt , less onions etc etc im sure you will find a way to make it perfect to your taste :)

its been a crazy week so far for me and its only tuesday and theres a lot more of the week to go ! yesterday i only managed to have a bowl of porridge in the morning and then didnt eat again till night ! (pasta and chicken) , I have my annual companyy accounts due this week and my accountant has made a complete mess of it so ive finally got rid of him last night and in the process of getting someone new today , i was meant to see him for like an hour in the morning yesterday and it turned out to be the whole day of headache! absolute nightmare ! i also ran out of my thyroid tablets and hence went without for the whole day and the tiredness as a result just added to the misery :( oh and i had also ran out of my multivitamins too ! anyway this morning ive had my dose of levothyroxine (for my undercative thyroid) and also my multivitamins and had a brekeafast of weetabix made with milk and a bit of honey and some tea and my good friend the smooth choclate flavoured protein shake :D havent been to the gym this morning but i plan in the evening (hoping the headcahe of the accountant and accounts have been removed by then !)

I hope so too moggers !

My youngest daughter is not well too today and is off from school , must be the ill season for the kiddies , i hope they all feel better soon , calpol, plenty of fluids and oranges should help :)

You should also have a look at Greece's youtube links for the cardio side of things and also the best thing i find is putting your running gear on with a good pair of running trainers , sticking your mp3 player on into your ears and just go out and run for as long as you can and take time out for yoruself (once the kids are better of course!) , its AMZAING what just a 20-30 (or even 5- 10 !) minute run can do not just for your body but also for the mind too, its so refreshing and liberating ! You should be feeling like a new person everytime you come back from a run !

Thanks again for the well wish and i hope you have a great day too :)

I have been using the lovely Greece's links and a huge Tiffany fan now. I have a dodgy knee so unfortunately road running isn't an option :(

So sorry that you two have had rubbish days. My cat has been at the vets for the entire day - not good so mega stressed hence no exercise and only had 3 cereal bars to eat today as I felt sick with worry. Hope that we all have better days tomorrow :cross:
