Hey Diane all the best to your cat and to you , it must be have been very difficult time but its good to read that your cat is eating properly again today which must mean that he/she is on the mend :)

Well done on the weight loss , I do find that any weight loss resulting from things like stress etc does tend to come back on again very quickly so just be aware of that and i would advise in increasing your excercise over the next few days to sort of 'seal' the weightloss if that makes sense? :)

meal and workout routine for today

After a manic and stressful past couple of days i was finally able to relax a bit today and give myself the morning off from work (to recover ! :D )

Had a bit of a lie in and then breakfast which was scrambled eggs and toast with some turkey rashers and some tea, met with my Dad at about 11 as he had a day off from work today too and we went to the gym together, did cycling, rowing and swimming. Lunch was chicken curry and rice washed down with some delicious coconut water (the ones that come in the cans , the 'grace' brand ones are soooo delicious !) dinner plans for tonight are lasagne and oven chips , usually i would be going kickboxing tonight but giving it a miss to watch the England Brazil game , oh and i suppose i had better do some work in between all of that :D

I know and the 2lbs that I had put on the week before was due to stress so hopefully that will stay off.
Biggins point taken and I will just go for 3 more pounds as my body is made to have curves I'm not the Kate Moss shape.

Well done on the weight loss Diane and good news about your cat!
Food wise I've been pretty good today and did 20 mins on the treadmill/cross trainer and bike today in the work gym (total time not on each lol, not that fit yet and it was my lunch time) so feeling pretty sore but good. Working plus film tomorrow so not sure what I will manage for dinner.

Went for a 4 mile jog this morning - was a bit treacherous with icy roads and only some street lights on but glad I did it.

30 mins in the gym at work with my iPod. And it looks like I'm on a pretty steady 2lb a week weight loss as I'm now down 3kg since I started according to my dodgy scales LOL

Well done we are all in the zone now o/

I did a Tiffany workout with a colleague at lunch time as I work in a large clinic on a Friday hence plenty of space to shake our stuff - we locked the door and put the shutters down
